Indus Valley Civilization
   

                   One off oldest civilization in the world. Located near the Sindhu river. There are two major cities for this Civilization. That is Mohenjodaro and Harappa. Many people have provided information about this civilization. for example,

        The main religion of this civilization is the worship of the Mother Goddess. Their main occupations are trade and agriculture. The people of this civilization have lived in urban areas. The people of the Indus Valley are called Anarya. This civilization has collapsed due to the Aryan invasions.

     Family Trip                          My family is my world. I have a father , mother , me and two sister in my family as well as there is a beautiful pet. it name is 'podda'. We go for  walks in beautiful places during the holiday. We went to Nuwara Eliya one day. we were very happy that day. We walked in a lot of places. Gregory lake, Horten Plains , Piduruthalagala , Ramboda alla and Milk factory. Our favorit place was Horten Plains.                                             The trip to Horton Plains was a long trip. The area is very cold. We could see deer, oxen, bears, and many species of birds as well as different types of followers and trees. We will never forgot that trip.

 Lord Shiva     The main deity of the Hindu religion in Lord Shiva.   He is also know as the Great God. (මහා දෙවියා). His wife is Goddess Parvati. Lord Shiva had two sons. They are God Ganesh and God Karthik. The vehicle of Lord Shiva is the Cow. His name is Nandi. Lord Shiva has many different images. One of them is the idol of Nataraja and this deity is also know as the Lord of Dance.
